It was a Friday around 10:30am, she’s African American and mid20s it seemed, and had her hair in braids and a bun. She was so kind and sunny and made my online return a breeze. I always mentally prepare myself for some kind of frustration or bad vibes when I go to the post office, but she turned that upside down! I wish I got her name but shoutout to her!

Near to the facility plenty of paid parking spaces are available. We arrived on time to the facility and the employee told me to wait so she could inform the passport representative, we waited for two minutes when the passport representative Ms.Channel came in and greeted us. she was so professional and kind . She helped me and my husband to complete the form without confusion as she explained it well. She was so professional and supportive, with in 10 minutes all documents were submitted. We were so relaxed and relieved. I highly recommend this place due to Ms. Channel and the employees who are so professional and helpful towards their customers.

Very disrespectful and a big waist of time and gas.
