- SOSteven Ohm4 days ago2.0For decades the lobby and personal boxes were open 24/7. But apparently because of homeless issues it became open only 9-6 during the week and 9-1 on Saturday. For me, because of my work hours, this was a critical loss. I only pick up my mail every 2-3 weeks instead of every week. This happened some time ago but I am just now writing about it. On the national USPS website they still list the hours from years ago.

We didn't have a clue how to do any of this and she walked us through very thoroughly. She was so patient and kind with us. Very knowledgeable and absolutely a sweet person.

I came to ask for help with tracking a certified mail with delivery confirmation and got yelled at before I managed to even finish asking a question! The lady visibly has anger or psychiatric issues… It’s really unfortunate one can’t even have a civilized interaction with a postal worker… Shame on you USPS
