The clerk was very helpful & super nice. I walked in from the rain wet & soggy, but she greeted me loud and clear. We laughed while I was telling her what I needed and she made a great recommendation for the method of sending I wanted to use. I believe her name was Kiera. Super friendly & helpful. Thanks again, I’ll make sure I visit this post office more often. ☺️

they are constantly opening late, closing for long lunches, and closing early at the end of the day. PLEASE update your hours as it is unfair to your community who are taking time out of their own busy days to visit this location only for the post office to be closed.

I needed to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with my priority mail to a government office. I meant to choose a smaller flat-rate envelope for the return, then the postal clerk recommended changing it. Unfortunately, during my visit on Saturday (4/26/26), the clerk became noticeably impatient and spoke to me in a rude manner when I simply wanted to get clarification why smaller envelope is difficult to put stamps/use, Throughout the interaction, she did not demonstrate basic courtesy. When I thanked her for her assistance, she did not acknowledge it. Additionally, simple questions seemed to irritate her, and she appeared to interpret them as argumentative. This experience felt unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. I left feeling very disappointed with the level of customer service provided.
