  I had to mail 20 different packages to 20 different addresses and Lewis made it SO easy. He was so quick and helpful. Best experience I’ve ever had doing a big shipment like this!!

  I visited this UPS location today at approximately 10:40 a.m., and I was very disappointed with the customer service. The female employee who helped me was rude, dismissive, and had a very unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction. Before arriving, I called the store because the construction in the area made the location difficult to find. Instead of being helpful, the person on the phone spoke to me in a condescending way and made me feel like I was stupid for asking where the store was. I was simply trying to locate the entrance, which was not obvious due to the construction.

  I asked for a breakdown on pricing around notaries and witnesses and they refused to explain it to me or give the written pricing breakdown and said they don’t have any price breakdowns written anywhere in the store for me to read which is against the law. I was charged for eight witnesses when there were only three people who were witness. When I asked them to reduce it back to three because there were only three human beings there, they refused. Clearly, the pricing is not written out anywhere for anyone with any explanation, and they just made me charge $80 for three signatures. This is absolute extortion,, and the staff was not helpful and dismissive.

  This store has really turned around for the good in the last few years. Everyone there is now super helpful and great to work with. I started shipping more with UPS now because this the workers at this do such a phenomenal job. Thanks!!

  Worst store ever. I had my daughter's glasses shipped there and the young lady named Gia told me there was a $25 pick up fee. When I inquired about the charge she said that's normal. Why would someone pay to have something shipped there only to have to pay again when you pick it up?
