  They lost my package , I called the Fern branch where I personally dropped off package and the manager did nothing. Don’t ever use UPS!

  Really good store - great people. In particular Adrian is a star and Kay does a great job managing the team. Helpful, quick, courteous and knowledgeable- a real 5 star experience all around.

  I wanted to recognize Michael and Adrian at UPS for their outstanding customer service. They were extremely patient, kind, and helpful while assisting me with a large set of documents. They took the time to answer my questions, guide me through the process, and made everything much easier and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help. Thank you, Michael and Adrian, for going above and beyond!

  Adrian was incredibly helpful with my complicated Amazon return yesterday. Amazon shipped me two items, one came in a box and the other came in a plastic bag - and Adrian was familiar with how Amazon returns work - and he was able to help me navigate the return so I could get it done. Taking care of business! That's what Adrian did! He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated his excellent customer service! His coworker was nice too, but I didn't catch her name - a young lady with long brown hair - I could see that she was being helpful with her customers as well. Adrian kept helping me even though I know it was close to closing time, but he didn't try to rush me out the door or suggest that I come back the next day, so great job overall! Thanks! Gary - Store location is 1405 S. Fern St. Arlington, time was between 6-730pm.
