- LLLanAug 19, 20261.0The lady wearing the cartouche necklace, no name tag, and old sweatshirt who was working here on around 1pm Saturday 8/15 had literally the worst attitude I've ever seen in a FedEx employee. I couldn't have been more pleasant, patient, or respectful, but she obviously has some deep personal issues to work on. Bummer. At least be competent at your job if you're going to be rude.

Her attitude was unacceptable from the moment I walked in — she spoke in a disrespectful tone and acted like helping a customer was a burden. What should have been a simple visit turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience entirely because of her behavior. I’ve dealt with many customer service situations, and this was by far one of the worst. I left feeling genuinely upset and mentally drained. No customer should be treated this way. Management seriously needs to address this. One employee’s attitude is enough to damage the reputation of the entire location.
