  That's a stupid fingerprint machine. Not impressed with the customer service from Valerie either. She clearly doesn't care working there and treated me like I was 2 years old when she mentioned to follow the video prompts when the machine isn't even picking up anything for the first 2-3 minutes every screen I go to. I'm an adult Valerie. I am following the prompts. Get a new machine. Seems to be a reoccurring problem for a lady even before I got there. She said her hand was hurting when she left. That is ridiculous and I've gotten my fingerprint machines with technicians like four times already. So no process should be this archaic.

  Absolutely unacceptable customer service today. I came in with approximately five or six Amazon return packages. The employee began helping me, but instead of finishing my transaction, she suddenly stopped and started helping another customer at the other station because that customer apparently only had one item. She didn’t even ask me, “Are you ready with your next package?” or explain what she was doing. I was already the customer being served. I had waited my turn, and I expected my transaction to be completed before she moved on to the next person. If this location is understaffed and needs another employee working the second station, that is a staffing issue — it should not become the customer’s problem. Customers should be handled in the order they arrive. Having several Amazon returns shouldn’t mean someone who arrives after you gets moved ahead because their transaction happens to be quicker. What made the experience worse was the employee’s dismissive and disrespectful attitude when I questioned what was happening. This is now my third negative experience at this UPS location, and today I also saw that the problems weren’t limited to me. There were approximately five customers waiting behind me. I remained in the parking lot afterward waiting for my wife, and it took approximately 10 minutes for the customer who had been third in line behind me to finally leave the store. I am a 100% disabled veteran who served 20 years in the Navy. I work remotely full-time as a federal contractor and also teach college part-time. I don’t expect special treatment because of that, but I do expect my time to be respected just like everyone else’s. If I wait my turn and an employee begins my transaction, finish helping me. Don’t stop halfway through and start helping someone who came after me simply because they have fewer packages. After three bad experiences here, I have escalated this to UPS leadership. This location needs to seriously examine both its staffing and the way customers are being treated. First come, first served shouldn’t be complicated.

  I had a very good experience at this UPS Store. I came here to drop off an Amazon laptop return, and the entire process took less than five minutes. The service was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I was very happy with how efficiently everything was handled. Excellent service!
