Tracking status says the following: Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item ALEXANDRIA, VA 22307 December 27, 2023, 12:42 pm It is in the possession of USPS, so it should not show that status for the tracking number. Not able to find anyone to help me. Package showed up after four days.
