- WTWendy TurnerJun 23, 20261.0I have never received such horrible service in my life. I went in to do a change of address at 4:30. She yell across the lobby, what you want ?? I told her and she pointed to the change of address cards. Then she yelled … you gotta go and do that outside I am not staying for that!!! I am not that clerk she yelled . I said don’t you close at 5 and she said 4:30 and you not keeping me . Damn !!!! Do you want a job !!!!
- RLRouge à lèvresMar 3, 20261.0They've changed lobby access from 24 hours to 830-6p. Except no one is here at 830, 930a or 955a and doors are chained closed. No way of reaching anyone. What's the point? Always an issue. It's a small office, frequent staff turnover, often closed with maybe 1 employee, not sure how decreasing customer access and self-service, is more efficient.
