The employee who assisted me, Antonette, was extremely rude and gave me incorrect and unclear information about the packaging requirements. Because of the miscommunication, I had to redo my package, which wasted a significant amount of my time and disrupted my entire day. What made the experience even more frustrating was her attitude. There was no apology or acknowledgment that the information I was given had caused the problem. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience for simply trying to ship my items and asking for the correct information. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day at work, but customers still deserve basic respect, clear communication, and professional service. I hope management addresses this because this was an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience.
