- KKKoala2 days ago1.0Had to file a report with the Postal Inspection Service for mail theft. This branch delivered my package, which required signature, to the wrong location. The postman didn't verify identification, so the incorrect recipient signed for the package as me and apparently kept it. When we reached out to this local branch about the issue prior, they closed our our issue ticket without any effort to resolve the problem... which is why we had to escalate above this local branch.

We get told that incidents of missing and mis-delivered mail may be have been caused by substitute mail carriers. Front desk staff are not clear or consist with instructions. Complaints filed with this location, USPS, and the postmaster general appear to remain unresolved.
