- LNLisa NormanAug 22, 20265.0We put a package in mail one evening and realized we forgot one part of the address so we went right to the post office the next morning and the store associate was kind enough to open the mail box and let us get our box and correct the error. He could've easily said he couldn't help us since there were people in line behind us, but he took care of the situation for us. So grateful. Thanks for caring.
- SMSally MAug 1, 20261.0Very disappointed. I was charged over $10 to mail a tiny envelope, $8 for shipping and $2 for the envelope. The employee was talking to several customers at once and never clearly explained the charges. As a customer, I expect the employee to recommend the most appropriate and cost effective shipping option, especially for someone unfamiliar with the USPS system, not leave me to figure it out on my own. Prices and service options should be explained clearly, without making customers feel uncomfortable asking questions in front of other people. I left confused and frustrated. Had I known it would cost this much, I would have just used a USPS drop box instead. Better communication and customer service are needed.
