- MAMarcela Vargas AlmanzaMar 11, 20265.0I visit this post office almost every Friday, and I’ve also been to other locations on Franconia Road. Believe me, Alexandria is much better. In Franconia, they treat you like you’re making them a favor, and the lady there is extremely rude and loud. In contrast, this location is nice. There are three people working at the front desk: two very polite ladies and one man. Even the man might be serious, but I don’t think he’s rude. He’s just serious, but in my experience, he’s nice if you’re also polite and friendly.
- FMFreedom MushawAug 23, 20191.0Just wow! So horrible. They “attempted” to deliver my package from over seas 1 time. Despite it saying they will try to deliver it again, they never did. The ticket clearly says “express mail will be attempted to deliver on the next day unless you say other wise” nope. Nada. Which makes it frustrating because the date in which you have to use before they send it back is the first attempt. Horrible. I just moved to this area and I sucks that this Post Office is who I will have to deal with. :( is give it 0 but I’m trying to be hopeful.
