Any other shipping provider provides tape at point of service. The guy at the counter was a sarcastic smartass about it. Do not go here if you value being respected.

They have repeatedly marked my apartment’s address as “vacant” and returned packages to the sender (despite delivering some of my other packages). When I try to call them to intercept these returned packages, they do not answer my calls. My husband and I tried to call them more than 30 times throughout the day at different times to get ahold of someone this time. All of these calls were unsuccessful. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the Kingstowne USPS. I do not recommend using them if you can help it. If your package is marked to send back to sender, you have no hope of intercepting or receiving it.
