- KKKyle KwasnyJun 30, 20261.0Had two packages being delivered same day. Mail carrier delivered one package in mailbox and the other they marked as address vacant. Both addresses were listed the same. Now package being by returned to sender because they refused to deliver it again on next day. The package does not require a signature and they refused to give a posted notice of vacancy slip to allow us to contact facility. I’ve tried calling the facility 30 times throughout the day and can’t get through to anyone. The lack of customer care and support is not acceptable and I’ll be filing a complaint with the company.

They have repeatedly marked my apartment’s address as “vacant” and returned packages to the sender (despite delivering some of my other packages). When I try to call them to intercept these returned packages, they do not answer my calls. My husband and I tried to call them more than 30 times throughout the day at different times to get ahold of someone this time. All of these calls were unsuccessful. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the Kingstowne USPS. I do not recommend using them if you can help it. If your package is marked to send back to sender, you have no hope of intercepting or receiving it.

- MMMellyMar 18, 20264.0One of a very few usps I would give 4 Stars. Only for the Friendly and helpful stuff. The -1 Star is for the temperature. It was freezing in there, same temperature like outside. Also The shipping forms was not stocked and labeled, so I had to stay in the like asking for a shipping form to fill it out afterwards and then to go back to the line to send off my package. Time consuming of 45min. But I wasn’t in the rush, just freezing 😂 and like i said, the stuff was very nice.
- LBLisa BFeb 7, 20263.0The 3 stars is for the post office being FREEZING cold today (2/7). All us patrons waiting in line felt SO BAD for the lovely woman working the counter. Is there nothing to be done?? It was too cold for someone to have to sit and work...seemingly alone. Do better!
