  I came to return an item today. I had bought from a store into the UPS store and my experience was so unpleasant. I showed him the barcode and he said it was too dark to scan. He was a middle eastern older guy. He grabbed my phone aggressively brought in on the table and tried scanning it. He then said he could do anything about it and told me to call customer service. He didn’t try helping me or anything and called the next person in line quickly while I was still trying to process what he had said. I then found another code and asked the lady working with him to scan it and she was very polite. Because of this encounter I will be hesitant of returning here. It’s not my first time coming here but the rest of the workers have been very nice besides this.

  This UPS Store has been wonderful! I receive all shipping here. The staff are friendly and attentive. They greet me by name when I enter. They memorized my box number the first week. If conditions permit, they've even carried my packages to my car. I'm due to renew my box soon. And I will! I can't say enough good things about them!

  I had a great experience with the printing service at the UPS Store on N Kings HWY. Lama went above and beyond to get my prints (4000 tickets) ready and cut on the same day (something I was not able to get at other printing vendors). The price was competitive, the delivery was exceptional and the quality was outstanding. I really appreciated the friendly service and attention to details. I highly recommend this UPS Store location for reliable, high-quality printing services.
