  Best customer service ever! Reiko helped me cut down a box free of charge and even offered me a water bottle. The employees were very patient and friendly.

  I was unable to pick up a package delivered by the post office at the store, which the store then sent back to the sender because the package had the right address but the wrong name on it. I would have been able to pick the package up had the store been open on Father's Day during the hours posted on its website. People should take their holiday; I don't have an issue with the store closing for Fathers Day. I DO have an issue with the Owner, Matt, spending 5 minutes arguing with me about the hours being posted on the website in front of his customers and employees. The hours were posted on a sheet of paper on the door. That's not a website. I checked both - twice. More to the point: what could have been 1-minute errand is now a multi-day affair.

  Pretty nice store in a good location. Employees were way more polite than other ups stores Ive been to. Brandy was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to scanning documents.

  I started sending my packages here because my packages were getting stolen from my apartment complex. My brother said he started sending them to UPS a long time ago because it’s free to just pick them up. It’s always been free for him. I get four packages delivered here, but the first time I got my package delivered here I was charged five dollars. It was explained to me about having access points and having a UPS account for it to be free. Let’s be reminded, that my brother has never had a UPS account yet all his pick ups have been Free. My next two packages I go in to pick them up expecting to pay five dollars. I was never charged that second time nor the third visit. For the fourth visit, I go in and I’m charged $10 for pick up and I ask why and she says it’s because the package was sitting there for two days and it’s five dollars a day and the only way it’s free is if I have a UPS account and an access point address yet again. I told her that I’ve picked up four packages from here from a third-party each time and sometimes I was charged and sometimes I wasn’t so what’s the policy here…. I got a shoulder shrug, no empathy, very nonchalant not willing to work with me so I won’t ever deliver my packages here again because they pick and choose when they want to implement.
