  Store is fine, staff is very hit or miss. An employee answered the phone and said there was a key copier that was fully functional. When I arrived one hour later, the only person at the customer service desk said they were a trainee told me to talk to find someone else because he could not help me find the key copier. When I asked an employee in the shipping department, he said the key copier had been removed "a while ago." Ludicrous constomer service approach. Any time I have had to return or ship a package things have gone well enough.

  Came here to do amazon drop off; staff was really nice. Also ended up looking to buy a computer which was in stock. Staff was friendly and professional. Their store had plenty of supplies in stock. Ultimately I had to go back and return the computer for a different non-Staples related reason, but the staff handling the return was also friendly and professional. This staples is conveniently located within walking distance from the potomac yards metro stop.

  I recently visited Staples to have some documents printed, and unfortunately my experience with the print department was very disappointing. When I asked for assistance with printing, the associate instructed me to use the "PrintMe" service. I politely explained that I preferred not to use that method and asked if I could simply send my files to the regular marketing email instead. Rather than offering an alternative or trying to help, she immediately told me, "No, you can't do it that way." It wasn't just the answer that bothered me it was the negative attitude and lack of customer service. The interaction made a simple printing job take much longer than it should have, and I left feeling frustrated. In customer service, especially in a department where printing makes up such a significant part of the business, the focus should be on helping customers find a solution, not shutting them down with a simple "no." I want to be clear that everyone else I encountered in the store was friendly and professional. My issue is specifically with the representative in the print department. Because of this experience, I don't plan on returning to this Staples location, and I intend to contact the company's President's Office to share my concerns. Experiences like this reflect poorly on the store and can drive loyal customers away. I hope management provides additional customer service training so future customers receive the assistance and respect they deserve. July 17th around noon this happend
