I only came here for the Amazon and Happy Returns section. Overall, it’s pretty convenient. The wait time, though, is a bit of a mystery box. Sometimes you’re helped immediately; other times the employee is tied up with something else and you’re just standing there questioning how long a “quick return” was supposed to take.

I put in a couple of quick print jobs based on the "same-day printing" options online. It cost more than the library/UPS options that I usually use, but I was already going to Target next door and paid for convenience to have the sheets ready for the weekend showing of my home. Both orders took a ridiculous amount of time and I already had others printed elsewhere by the time I got the Staples orders. 1 pg word doc - 40 copies $34 - Ordered "same day" ~2pm Friday, order ready at 830pm Sat when store closes at 9, so I couldn't get them until 10am Sunday -I could not use the paper cutter to cut them in half because it's a "Safety hazard" and that would need to be ordered as a custom print. Yard sign - $43 ($23 product/$20 shipping) - I paid $20 for the custom sign to be expedited once I realized it couldn't be picked up same day as the ads that got me there and I had already designed it. It did not arrive in one week. It was 9 days and ended up only being in the yard 1 day before the open houses were scheduled. Good thing I bought the standard red sign once I realized Staples was going to be so slow. Quality is good if you have a professional need for printing, but it is not quick, convenient, or cost-effective.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received at this Staples location. I had a lot of questions and needed assistance with several different things, and Sossu was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, and genuinely willing to assist, even when I asked for a lot of guidance. It is clear that he truly cares about providing a great customer experience. He is a fantastic asset to your team!
