  We came to return some furniture with an embarrassingly cobbled together box — Trina didn’t blink twice and jumped right up to help us get the box taped up and ready to ship. Excellent customer service and so friendly. Thank you, Trina!

  One of the worst places that 8 ever visited, I went today drop-off one of my packages, as soon as I entered the treated like criminal, unbelievably service with lady was in front desk.

  Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I had a delivery package for my new business location, but the driver returned the package. I called customer service and they told me to bring my tracking number and ID to the Eisenhower FedEx Ship Center to pick it up directly. When I arrived, the lady at the counter refused to help me or release the package, even after I showed my tracking number and explained that the business is brand new and still waiting for inspection, so we do not yet have business ID cards. I finally had to show my personal ID and business card before she would even cooperate. The package only contained hand soap equipment for the shop, nothing complicated. The attitude and customer service were extremely poor, unhelpful, and disrespectful. I wasted a lot of time because of the lack of responsibility and professionalism. Zero recommendation.

  They have the absolute worst phone tree I have ever encountered. I just wanted to know the price of a box but it isn’t an option and the robot won’t connect me to a human at the store because it doesn’t recognize my question. I’ve tried calling five times doing different prompts and nothing worked.
