  I can be ver particular when planning an event. AlphaGraphics exceeded every expectation. Shannon was AMAZING and the services were TOP TIER! From the first phone call with Shannon, to walking through the project details, turn around time, and the final product, everything was EXCELLENT.   Because of how busy I am managing my operation, I was unable to write this review until a few weeks after I received the posters that I had asked for from AlphaGraphics. But I want to make it clear right now that AlphaGraphics team: you're all simply amazing. I requested three copies of a portrait poster, dealing with a rather sensitive issue, and they fulfilled my request with no problems at all. The invoice pricing was fair, and the added cost of the cut lines was optional and cheap enough that I opted for anyway, and they were still extremely high quality and useful divots. I ended up needing to make precise cuts because my frame was a little bit too small, which was because I had a commonplace frame, and the divots that they made made making these cuts much easier. You can't even notice that I had to trim one of the posters down to fit the two small frame. I need to give an extra shout out to Shannon who helped me throughout the entire process as well. She showed me how to make sure I was submitting the correct payment and answered all of my questions basically even though I know I was definitely asking a pride of her. And then as just an extra courtesy, she even threw in an extra poster for me for no extra charge! She went above and beyond to help me, and she is definitely the biggest reason why it was always on my mind to get back to this review even as I was busy. I thank you all at the entire AG team for being so accommodating the less common measurements I asked for, 12.5x16, and for supporting me with just a couple of days turnaround, and of course for being willing to accept this request in the first place since I know it definitely is not the usual type of print subject! I'm completely grateful and wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend anyone looking for a premium graphic service to check out AlphaGraphics if they're **ANYWHERE** near you!
