- JJJessieApr 8, 20262.0Do not send anything here that you are afraid of losing. The front staff is incompetent. My $710 package for pickup with ID and signature was given to the wrong person and the UPS worker admitted to forging the customer signature with a “smiley face”. This was an absolute fail in chain of custody and procedures. The way it was handled by staff the night of the encounter was even worse. Luckily, management got ahold of the customer in possession of my package for the last 20 hours and he returned it, but not everyone is willing to return a $700+ piece of jewelry. Complete fault and liability is on the UPS worker that handled the pickup and staff working last night for not escalating the situation immediately. repercussions for the workers involved should be termination.
