I have called into customer support several times already but am repeatedly shut down and told that they will not differ any assistance and I have to search for the package on my own.

I though $2.50 was bad when they charged that. How do you go from $2.50 to $17.50. There was not one other person in the store. The flippant clerk said I could come back in the morning - that would wave the fee. The copies were already printed, but I’m supposed to come back in the morning? If I didn’t need the prints RIGHT NOW I would have ordered them online. Great customer service Kinkos!
