- IBIan BakkerApr 23, 20261.0We called ahead to ask if we could do a walk in passport service at this location. Customer service told us 'yes' over the phone and gave us a time frame. We knocked on the passport door as directed and the lady who answered turned us away saying that they do not do walk-ins. Get your story straight, train your employees and don't waste people's time. Either you do walk-ins or you don't, be clear about it.
