This is happening way too often, including happening today and they do not answer the phone when you call them to come fix their mistakes.

- SFSam FarinaJul 3, 20261.0Had a scheduled passport appointment. Got a confirmation text this morning confirming the appointment. Drove over 30 min with our 2 year old for the appointment. Once we arrived they said they had no one to help with passports that day - fine, stuff happens. But they then lied saying they tried to call us to let us know and they didn’t. Also, while we were getting told no one was there, the two workers started talking to each other about something else and then just ignored our presence without acknowledging us any more. Wild. So disrespectful for a situation that could have just been disappointing instead.
