  I had never used this AlphaGraphics location before, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I needed 70 funeral programs printed. I received a price quote over the phone, sent the file early that morning, and paid the full amount upfront even though only a 50% deposit was required. Later, I received an email from Lexi confirming they had my file and would let me know when the order was ready. However, later that day I received another email stating there was a problem with the order. When I called, the owner explained that because of the amount of ink coverage, the programs might crack when folded and that it would cost more to print and fold them. I explained that I had already approved the quote and paid in full. Instead of working with me to find a solution, I was told to "go elsewhere." Since this was for a funeral and it was already late in the day, finding another printer on such short notice was extremely difficult. I understand that printing issues can arise, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and lacked any sense of customer service or compassion. Being told to take my business elsewhere after paying in full and relying on them for an important funeral order was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Responding to this locations response: It wasn’t a deposit that I paid. I paid the full bill up front and received an email I would be called when it was ready. Talked to that way: means I held them accountable meaning I expected my job to be completed for the price they quoted and took full payment for. I am in no way responsible for their failure to review the project before they gave a quote. It isn’t my fault that they wanted to charge me something like $54 dollars more on top of the $119.00 that had already been paid after the fact. The total cost would have been something like 173.00 and further more it was to late in the day by the time they got back to me for me to go else where. Another location excepted the job and because it was for a funeral they will accommodate me time wise and my bill is $148.00. I hope this review helps another person to go to another location where they can have a much better experience.

  Great service from Lexi, Cam, and Johanna! I was pressed for time on a project, and they said they would try their best to get it done by my deadline. I received a call an entire 24 hours BEFORE I needed it, saying they had completed the order! I am so grateful! The product came out perfect as well! Thank you!
