- P7patriot 75Jun 30, 20261.0If I could give a lower review I would. I ordered through the mail of an expensive road atlas it was delivered today only to find out that it was bent and scrunched up in my normal box without any thought to put it in a parcel locker. It would have made complete and total sense but instead the sorry incompetent mail carrier decided to fold it up thinking it would be ok. I call the post office and the guy guy said some of the dumbest things I ever heard. Why can't the mail carriers use common sense and take time to think so they don't damagepeoples items? The sorry thing is that the guy didn't even apologize or anything? It is so sad that the post office and the mail carriers don't even take any pride in their jobs anymore

As a small business owner that is there frequently they all quickly recognize you, some knew my name after about the 3rd visit. They all deserve a raise! I would just love to, someday, get to tour the amazing historic building.
- ADAimee DuvallFeb 28, 20261.0I never leave bad reviews- but was so bothered by how my situation was handled. I mailed a package to in early February. When it never arrived to the receiver- i checked tracking and found it had been returned to the store and had been there for two weeks. When I contacted the store and spoke with the store owner- he was rude, short and dismissive. I asked him why I wasn’t contacted when the package was returned and he said someone tried to call me, but could not provide a date of a phone call. I checked my call log only to find no missed calls from the store going back several weeks. This isn’t the first time the customer service has been bad- and it will be last I use their services. Very disappointed in how he handled my situation.
