  Very friendly and easy drop off!!! Went to fed ex in a Walgreens and had to purchase boxes and bubble wrap to return i was told and they couldn't scan my barcode. So my free shipping with a provided label wasn't free through them amd went to ups and boom fast and easy!! Thank you ups!!!

  Went to another UPS location in Salt Lake and waited for 25 min to get a document printed. They were unable to get the item to print or load. Came to my home UPS location in Tooele and Shalece was so fast, knowledgeable, and kind. They were busy with a line but she helped me print and it was so fast. 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I come down from Saratoga Springs to visit some customers in Tooele and sometimes need to use the printer or to laminate something, and Kayle always takes care of me with grace and steadfast dedication. It’s always comforting to know you’ll be greeted with a friendly face and warm smile after a long drive. Please give Kayle praise and a raise, or I’m going to FedEx next time ;-D

  Owner is a joke, came in for a return to Amazon and was told by his employee that I needed to bring the original box so I came back with the original box and he wanted five dollars to tape it up. Also heard him harassing an older gentleman about the same thing, and that guy literally needed one strip of tape, but he wanted to charge him for it.
