- MEMandi EllsworthAug 25, 20261.0I go to this location all the time. This time I needed to send documents to an APO and they are extrememly particular. I asked the clerk to make sure she spelled the recipients name correctly, and she assured me she had. I asked the clerk 3 separate times because she had the package and I couldnt see it. She read the name and spelling back to me and I trusted her that it was on the box when she printed the label. She tossed the box to the side and charged me for the postage. THE NAME WAS NOWHERE ON THE BOX! This woman looked me dead in my pupils and lied to me. She essentially stole my money for absolutely NO REASON!
- MMMitchAug 24, 20261.0Mailbox was broken by the mail carrier and they don’t have all of my mail at the post office. Saying it could be another 6-8 weeks until the mailbox is fixed or replaced.
- DDDanAug 5, 20261.0Request to move the mailbox x4. Then turn around and tell me to not block the mailbox... that's why we want to move it. Postmaster has no idea what they are doing. Failed this city in so many ways.
