I have been shipping with ups, fedex, and usps but never have i been asked for ID to ship. I have shipped from different states across the nation due to my job. Agent was rude and said she had no control and it was their policy. I had no choice then to go hunt down an ID as i came in rush to ship an urgent package. I will not be coming back to this location and i would recommend you dont. Make the extra drive to a different location.
P.s. the time i was there no one else was asked for ID then again the other ppl that was there where to ship where not Hispanic.

The staff are always super helpful and friendly here and i never worry about the service! I can get everything done here! It's always such a hassle-free experience. The prices are great plus they ship things fast and, so far, everything I've shipped has arrived on time and in good condition. It's very worth my time to come to this store, or any UPS Store and I definitely will recommend my family and friends to come here for everything!

I recently had an interaction at this location that escalated in a way that should not happen in a customer-facing business. I stopped in to pick up an empty shipping box and a minor misunderstanding while I was waiting in line quickly became confrontational.
I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction and did not raise my voice. However, the situation continued to escalate, and when I reached the counter and asked for a box, I was told I was being rude and was ultimately refused service and asked to leave.
What concerned me most was not just the escalation, but the lack of professionalism. When I asked for a manager’s name so I could follow up appropriately, I was told they did not have to provide that information.
I understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially in busy stores, but refusing service and dismissing a customer who is trying to remain respectful reflects poorly on leadership and training. If a supervisor was involved, this is especially concerning.
I have already raised this through corporate channels and was informed the matter was handled internally, however no direct acknowledgment was ever provided by the store. I believe ownership would want visibility into how situations like this are handled at the customer level.
