  ALWAYS the worst customer service. I just went in and they were so dismissive to this sweet lady that didn’t speak a lot of English. She pointed at the computer and told her to print out the needed label…WALK THE CUSTOMER OVER AND SHOW THEM HOW TO DO IT. Don’t point. So rude. Then the employee said “oh or I guess you can email it for $5.” I literally went up to the customer and offered to help her print it at the computer. Luckily I worked at FedEx office a few years ago for many years…because they taught us how to have great customer service. Maybe take some notes UPS. Anyway, after the customer and I printed it out; she went to ask an employee where it prints at. The employee came off bothered and just pointed at the other side of the room.(different employee than the first one.) so yeah you all suck. Not just one employee, all. I’m a white women and can say I first hand watched you treat this Hispanic lady like she was less than. You’re awful and I hope you realize how that small interaction could have made that lady feel so low.

  Horrible customer service!!!…especially manager in the afternoon 🤮🤮🤮🤮 i was inside the store 6:25 the refuses to scan my packages!!..but they did it for others person’s there were in the store after me.

  Came here earlier today while i was dealing a with a mail emergency or a mailergency if you will, where Misty absolutely saved the day awesome store and people.

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this UPS Store. On Sunday, 8/9/26, I sent my 16-year-old son to this location to process an Amazon return. He was treated poorly and was repeatedly referred to as “she.” He was also told he needed to purchase a box in order to repackage the item, which was frustrating and unexpected. Unfortunately, this location has recently been showing as the only option for some of my Amazon returns. Another concern is the extremely long processing time—returns can reportedly take more than a month before the refund can even be claimed through Amazon. I strongly encourage the management of this location to improve both customer service and the return-processing experience. Customers, including young people, deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. A customer should never feel uncomfortable or receive an attitude when simply trying to process a return.
