I JUST spent $57.22 to ship 4 glasses to New Jersey and then got back to work, realizing I forgot to take the "Get 20% Off*" coupon I printed. I called back and asked if they could reimburse the $11 over the phone or if I had to bring the coupon back to the store. They said "there is no way to refund that" and were adamant when I challenged that. Which is obviously not true/accurate. And disrespectful to your customers! There are numerous ways -refund the card; cash in-person; in-store credit! Why a 1 and not a 0? I will still use UPS but not that branch!

I came in to print and laminate documents for my work. They did the job wrong — two-sided documents that should have been printed front-and-back on a single sheet were laminated as separate single-sided sheets, making them useless for my presentations. When I tried to explain what I needed, the staff was rude to me because I don't speak perfect English. $21 wasted. I do not recommend this location.

Went to this store with two pieces of canvas artwork. Cathy, AJ and Avery were able to give ABSOLUTELY THE BEST knowledgeable customer service to help ship these pieces of art! I feel absolutely confident that these items will be both packaged and shipped and delivered with the utmost care. I definitely trust the UPS Store! Thank you!
