    Always smells like body odor. 8 people in line and only one of the three employees running a computer. I use this store regularly but would not if I had a better option. When the employees do work they are slow as molasses up hill in December.

    I shipped package overnight to arrive Friday it didn’t arrive until Monday. UPS told me to go to Sunset store and they would issue my $150 plus dollar refund. I went to Sunset location no manager a man filled out paperwork and said I get refund in the mail. I didn’t get refund I went back and an assistant manager helped me she talked to manager on phone they would call me on Monday . No call from either person. I have called and left message nothing. Stay away from this location…,,My next step is to take them to Small Claims Court.

    I had a great experience at The UPS Store, thanks to Jason and Tina. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. They made the entire process easy and stress free, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Jason and Tina are a great reflection of what excellent customer service should be. The UPS Store is fortunate to have them on the team!

    There was no line. My Amazon return was seamless and quick. The worker was so kind to my toddler and gave her a Bluey coloring page!

    Every time I go to UPS, the employees are so courteous. One time my package needed some packing tape on it to attach two packages together, which the store had told me to do, but I forgot. One of the employees taped the two packages together and I was so impressed. She went the extra mile for me so I wouldn’t have to go home and do it.
