  My wife went into the store today 6/30/26. The worker behind the counter kept making her feel extremely uncomfortable. He kept bringing up her wearing the clothes she was returning and how good she would look in them. Some comments were sexual and completely out of line. After making those remarks he followed it up by saying “ don’t tell my wife”. We are a Christian family and should not have to deal with this type of behavior in our city. I hope they handle this appropriately

  The two rudest employees I’ve met in a long time. Everything was a flat no can’t do this. Can’t do that. No explanation. I did what I was told to do. Online didn’t work. Went back to the store a second time. No, no no no no!! She needs to pull those nails out of her cheeks so she can smile again! Or maybe the nose rings need to be tightened?? I’ve generally used communique a couple blocks down which is a delightful place to go to. I’ll never step foot in your store again!

  Kurt was superman today. He killed it. The line was out the door and my return wasn't an easy one and handled me, the line and the phones!!! Give this man a raise

  I was in on 6-16 around 5:20pm. Walked in with a huge line & 1 worker. Of course there was a few people that didn't have their things in order but the one worker was doing his best to keep things moving along. One lady's package needed more info and he couldnt get the system to take her info. He then had to call his other Co worker that had been in the bathroom the entire time. Telling him the issue at hand & that there was a long line and he needed him back at the counter. He then explained his conworker has been in the bathroom and that she would have to waitnfor him as he's still new at the job & didnt know what to do in her situation. You could tell he was getting frustrated, red in the cheeks....I felt so bad for the young gentleman. He did a great job busting thru the line by himself. For his co worker, either he is the first male to give birth or just avoiding work....shame on him for leaving him alone for 20 minutes or longer (he wasnt back by the time i left). At least the store doesnt smell like a rotten armpit anymore, before the smell was very offensive & spicy. This location is locally owned and ran....DO BETTER OWNER!!
