  Always a wait, super slow service. People who work there are nice, just be prepared for it to take a one time to drop off packages.

  I recently paid $120 to overnight some medication to my daughter. Unfortunately the store did not send it until the next day… Therefore we had to make other arrangements for my daughter. I have contacted both this store which is independently owned and UPS. They both just point fingers at each other and are not willing to make any concessions for their mistake. I understand that things happen… However UPS and or the locally owned store should be willing to make it right.

  Yadrina & Christian were amazing! I had a couch to send back to Amazon and they both litterally helped me take it from my car and then tape up cardboard to make a box for this ridiculous return all while being super friendly!

  Erika Helped me get an expensive piece of electronics properly packaged and shipped out for repair. She was cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. Erika was a breath of fresh air in a world full of transactional interactions . Thank you for making a mundane task as pleasant as it could be.
