It was very busy with person after person. I was very impressed. I wish more businesses had their customer care quality.

All of the employees are fantastic. I’ve never had a problem at this location. Even when it’s busy they make sure people are in the right line or quickly show them how to take care of the package themselves to speed things up.

The staff always tries hard, but they are often overwhelmed by the volume of people coming in. They recently added a self-service kiosk for checking in shipments, and this helps a ton. I've also chosen my visit times more carefully and that helps with waiting too.
