  Drove to this Staples to return an Amazon package and the told Mrs. Nope we don’t take Amazon returns after 6pm. What a joke.

  Some employee smoking out front yelled at me on my way in and said, “you might as well get back in your car, Amazon’s closed.” I proceeded inside only to find out they were out of labels so I drove across town for nothing... Absolutely unacceptable behavior on both counts. Terrible customer service and poor planning. Do better.

  So I'm definitely used to waiting quite a while here for help. But today I drove from Hurricane to drop off an Amazon return. Turns out they stop accepting returns at 6:00(if anyone was wondering). And they are definitely happy to tell you they will not help you. They say no, with a smile. lol.

  I love this store. They have a ups access point, it is very convenient to drop the returns whether it is Amazon or other retailer. The crew is very helpful. I prefer to go this store Staples rather than to any ups store in town. It is very clean, nice, and organized there. The ambiance is pleasant.

  This store does not know customer service. They all complain about how short handed they are. I was in line for an Amazon return. The woman helping everyone was going an amazing job. Working a little too hard. She really needed a break. A “big” guy on the next desk was telling customers how Staples is losing money with Amazon returns and they had to cut hours they could do returns. When I stepped up be be helped, the woman helping me with the return asked the “big” guy if he could take over so she could go get more boxes for the returns. He said no and that people in li e would just have to wait. I wish I would’ve said something. That is so rude and NOT good customer service. Will never shop here again.
