  An error happened with my print service order and the team was absolutely amazing at doing whatever they could to fix. Not because I asked, but proactively - they called me to tell me what had happened and already had a solution to offer. I am so impressed by the customer service from this team!! Thank you!

  I had the most wonderful employee help me and his name is "FABIAN" He helped with my printer, at no charge, gave me lots of important information, was very kind and took all the time that was needed. He deserves a GOLD STAR. Thank You Fabian!!!!

  I called Staples ahead asking about buying clear plastic sheets individually and was told I could purchase them at the printing desk. I made a special trip in the next day only to be told that they are not sold separately and I would have to buy a pack of 100. I asked if they had them behind the printing counter and was told yes, but they were not available for individual sale. The two menI I spoke to were extremely rude and dismissive. I guess since I wasn't making a huge purchase I wasn't important. I will never step in that store again.
