  Walked in and there were no customers in the store but there was an employee behind the counter. I tried using the self serve kiosk since I had a QR code and just finished a previously successful return at usps a few minutes earlier using their self serve kiosk. However, since my package was being returned internationally, the kiosk told me to take it to the counter for assistance. As I’m walking up to the counter the employee behind the counter Danielle walked away and said someone would be with me shortly, she continued around the sore not doing anything of importance that it looked like to me, a minute later after nobody had helped me yet another customer walked in and the employee asked them if they had a label and the customer responded saying no but they did have a QR code, she proceeded to stop what she was doing and go over and help them complete the whole process at the self serve kiosk while I waited and watched them do a one person job at the counter until she was finished and proceeded back up front to help me once another customer had entered the store and was waiting behind me in line. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but come on, really? You normally help the customers who enter first, not ignore them to help a customer use the self serve kiosk that is there so you don’t need staffs help and who didn’t ask for help to begin with.

  Dani at the 15 South River Road store helped me immediately. I was trying to sort through an international SNAFU with FEDEX online to no avail and when she saw my face and I explained my efforts to resolve the situation, she stepped right in, called customer service and the whole situation was resolved. She deserves a raise for reading the customer correctly. I would ask that FEDEX software engineers improve their website. There's a lot on it, I know, but it's difficult to navigate. Thank you.

  Riley was super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I’ve always had good experiences at this location so I don’t understand the low reviews but thanks for being consistent guys!
