  The UPS store is the most dishonest business I have ever worked with. I sent an important package that included everything for my daughter’s visa to Brazil- a passport, birth certificate, FBI clearance, and several notarized documents, in total worth about $450 through this store. It was supposed to arrive at an office in Salt Lake the next day. Instead, it was lost or destroyed, no record of what happened to it, and NOBODY cared. They callously sent me a check for $170 without even asking me what was in it or what it was actually worth. I’ve gone in person, I’ve written emails, I filed complaints, I’ve called over and over, but as far as UPS is concerned, this is not their problem and they are done with it. It has been 5 months and No one returns my calls, no one cares that I was not reimbursed for a very expensive package, and I will never see another dime. Worst business ever.

  The new employee Spencer was very rude and snappy to me. He was very slow as job despite the manager, trying to help him he could just not understand a single thing which made the transaction six times longer.

  Either poorly managed, under-staffed, or both. UPS needs to re-locate to a bigger location, this store is too small for the growing population, and there is ALWAYS a long wait.
