This place needs to be investigated on a state level for losing and not delivering mail!

I often pop in to send packages and restock on flat rate supplies. The staff here are warm and friendly. I bring in prepaid packages and they always scan them immediately and get them processed the same day. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to this post office for about 2 years, and I’ve always had an incredible experience.
The past two days everyone has been extremely friendly, notably Gaylene who’s always been so friendly and conversational. She has a great attitude and is very positive.
10/10 service, absolutely made my day today.

Don't send tax or other important documents through their service because they will likely lose it. Lost my tax documents with the latest tracking showing it left Spanish Fork in February. What's the point of certified mail and insurance if you can't find my mail! Filed a missing mail report and it's been over a month and no news. Thankfully I have my information frozen to help prevent fraud because there is sensitive information I trusted them with. I'm so mad at them!

The Spanish Fork Post Office is great! The employees are friendly and helpful and able to figure out whatever you need to ship. The prices are a bit crazy but that’s not the employees fault.
The parking lot has plenty of spaces (except maybe at Christmas time. I just avoid the PO like the plague in December). There is a small shop on site where you can buy boxes and greeting cards, etc. I can’t speak to the post office mailboxes because I’ve never had one but they have a lot of them there. The PO is easy to access from all the main streets. Overall, great!
