  This is one of the best UPS stores in the Valley. The staff at this location is extremely friendly and helpful. I had a box that was questionable about being able to be sent and they really helped make it secure and shippable.

  Fast friendly and convenient service. They helped me with what I needed in a very timely manner. There was a long line, but wait time was less than 7 minutes.

  I always relied on this location as the staff are efficient and courteous all the time. Except for the last two times I've been there only to be assisted by a new, unhappy, apathetic staff. Walked in and she was laying down on top of the major work table and on her phone, mind you this is afternoon busy hour. Very unprofessional. This is while the rest of her costaff were working, the manager was on the phone. She quickly jumped off the work table and up to the register as if ready to help me. But no acknowledgment whatsoever from her, which is fine. As I was looking for my label to be sent, I apologized twice to her said "I'm sorry I'm just looking for my label." No word from her, she just gave off "I'm an inconvenience." Again, apathy. Finally, sent the email to them. I looked up to say I sent it, she was looking purposely away and appeared miffed from it all, again ignored me, no words. So I grabbed my package and walked over to a working manager instead and she gladly assisted me. It is unfortunate, you hired this "privileged" feeling employee that stained your good reputation. Two occasions, she was on duty and both were unapologetic-you're such an inconvenience vibe. No thank you nothing. Granted she is new but she does not need to display a "I am better than you" attitude, and a smirk that gives she's just unhappy to be there. The rest of the staff are wonderful, they give a family business, hardworking, great camaraderie atmosphere. Until you come across this one bad apple. : /

  I will follow up this review with some research, but for now I’ll leave this review for public criticism. I’ve been using this facility since 2021. I have never had to give my personal information to create an account for their system so that they could ship packages for me. I’m sure this violates privacy policy somehow, especially since I don’t want to create an account for marketing purposes. We need to stand up to marketing techniques of corporate greed and show them that they don’t not have revenue if they cannot respect the wishes of their clientele. My privacy is just that, mine. Please don’t stand there and tell me, “We’ve always done it this way!” Serve clients; you’ll keep them longer. Or get a manager that knows how to communicate and let’s talk about what state/national law requires that you have my personal information in order to ship something. I’d be willing to say that the Patriot act does not cover marketing as a means to obtain personal information. Disappointing after years of useful service
