  I always take my packages to this UPS all the time. I always mail packages to Canada and I did not have an issue with them. The employees were very professional and nice to deal with until yesterday. I think it was under new ownership because I did not recognize any of the employees working there. As usual I had a box I needed to mail to Canada. There were about 5 or 6 employees standing there at that time. The young man helping me was putting the receiver’s address on the system and he seemed to have a problem entering the zip code. He said the system’s not accepting it as a valid zip code. On a side note the zip code I had put on the box is an alpha numeric zip code for Canada. It took him 5 mins to figure it out and I had to tell him it’s going international to which he turned around and asked everybody if anyone knows how to do international packages. One brave soul came forward and tried to help him. Then they told me I had to open the package to show them what’s inside. I have never ever done that before. I told them they were dog toys and treats but they insisted that I open it after I have carefully packed and taped the box. I want to know when this new process has come about because I have not done that before. So I picked up my package left the store and took it to FedEx and swore I would never come back to that UPS store. To the owner of that UPS franchise, please train your employees well. Or at least have someone with more experience stay with them. When I was there there was this girl that seem to he interested in one if the dresses that the customer brought in to return and she had a hay day showing everyone that it’ll look good on her. Yeah in plain sight of customers. In the meantime I will tell all my neighbors and friends to go somewhere else where the employees know what they’re doing.

  Grety was absolutely amazing!! There was a busy line and she was always positive, welcoming and gave her undivided attention to the customer in front of her all while letting people know she would be right with them. She is the epitome of customer service!!! You have a gem in her!

  I always prefer coming here to do my Amazon returns, plenty of parking and depending on time. It’s rarely busy especially with the self kiosk (very helpful!) Tristan helped me on my last visit and was great. Keep smiling :)

  I’m constantly in this particular UPS store as I have a big family & do a lot of Amazon shopping. I usually use the self kiosk since returns are so easy there. The other day I had more than just Amazon returns to ship & Nora was very helpful & pleasant!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tristan at UPS while sending some packages. He was, without a doubt, the most professional and attentive person I encountered. From the moment he helped me, he was kind, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I had everything I needed. Tristan took the time to answer all of my questions, explain things clearly, and never made me feel rushed. What impressed me most was his professionalism and ability to stay focused and courteous even with a lot going on around him. His calm, positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized! Tristan went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience easy and pleasant. Thank you, Tristan, for being so kind, professional, and helpful. UPS is very fortunate to have you on their team! I would absolutely give Tristan 5+ stars if I could!!!
