  This specific location ALWAYS has a line out the door. Unfortunately it is never a quick experience here. They need more staff. The staff is usually great, but are inconsistent with their service. Specifically, when it comes to returning items with pre-paid labels that specify "no box required" (they will occasionally try to fight these).

  Not this location. But no other way to leave reviews for drivers. A driver just THREW my package and the drinks inside exploded everywhere. UPS drivers are legit THE worst. If u don’t like delivering find a different job

  Rude employee. Asked to use the tape, he snapped at me and told me that I absolutely could not. Asked him if he could then tape the label onto my package and he looked at me like I was stupid. Totally rude and disrespectful.

  I scheduled an appointment for the Printscan service through their web calendar, drove there from Midvale only to find them closed. I understand being closed on July 4, however other locations figured out how to update their calendar. Plenty of business are open July 4, we even sold a car to Carvana last July 4 so I wasn't surprised when the calendar was open.

  Everyone who works here on Tuesdays from 3-4pm deserves a raise. To be honest I hate having to come here. Both times I've been here I waited 15+ min in a line full of people standing in the lobby. Even though it took forever, I still gave an A+ because the employees all seemed to be effective at their jobs. The line went fast and I was out of there in half the time I had originally anticipated. I
