The store only had one computer working, but she kept costumers informed, let them know they would get taken of quickly, and handled the line like a pro. If promotions or raises are up, this girl deserves it!!!

Not only they charge you for paper and ink but they add a printing fee. $1.35 for a label that was already paid for. I understand that there is a cost associated with printing it, but greed is not the way to run your business. I will not be coming back. UPS Saratoga Springs for the win!
