  Even though it’s always busy I’ve never had to wait very long. There’s always enough staff members to keep the line moving and quickly help

  Allicen was very helpful and paid close attention to our printing project to make sure that it turned out perfect! We will go back for more printing in the future.

  Horrible horrible customer service. Would avoid this place at all costs. There is definitely some staff that are lovely but the bad ones completely ruin the experience. Went in today for a few returns with my little boys. They were touching the bubble wrap and were asked to stop nicely by another worker I said I was so sorry and told them no and brought them over to me. My one year old kept going back trying to pull it out (never once popped one single bubble on it, or opened it or damaged it in anyway, just pulled two off the shelf) I repeatedly kept bringing him back to me clearly trying my best to keep him away from it and respect what they said. Then Carolina who was processing my returns and already had a horrible attitude said very rudely “if you don’t stop him I’m charging you for all that bubble wrap” in a horrible tone. I don’t understand why it’s ok to be rude and disrespectful to customers who are trying their best to be kind to you and do what you asked. I understand you don’t want kids popping the bubble wrap. They did not pop one single thing. And if it’s such an issue put it behind the counter instead of on ground level for kids to be tempted with. Carolina was so rude and it was very uncalled for, worst customer service I’ve personally experienced somewhere. Very disappointing because the people who are kind there are extremely kind, have even given my kids stickers or a piece of paper to draw on to keep them happy and clearly have empathy for how hard it is trying to focus on your returns with little kids.

  The team here is awesome. I’ve had multiple experiences with very patient and cheerful team members. Luci, especially today was super patient and kind as I had a bajillion Amazon returns.

  This UPS location is always so busy! They need another location or make the building bigger! The self serve kiosk is also always broken when i come in. Makes a 1 min trip a 15 min trip
