He then proceeded to take a long time and wanted to know five more questions about me. He wanted to know what was inside the box so I told him. He was not very personable. He was very unfriendly. You wanted to charge me $16 and a half dollars for a very tiny little box. Not once did he ever look at me.

This has been ongoing for 2-3 weeks. When this happened a couple of weeks ago, I was told it was a problem with the CMS (customer management service?). It was restored days later and has happened again. What’s going on? Is it UPS? Is it Amazon?
