- CLColleen Lords3 days ago5.0Great service, very friendly. For a one person post office it is ran well, clean and I have never had a problem with a package. She is the best person that has worked there and I have had a box since it opened.

However, I won't be making that mistake again. I just dropped off two prepaid return packages that were ready to be shipped out, I only wanted a receipt. Instead, I received a full inquisition from Maritza on the contents of my package. She questioned what was inside my packages and then had the audacity to claim that I was lying. She did this twice during our conversation until I finally expressed that I didn't know what she wanted me to say, I wasn't lying about my packages and they already had prepaid return labels. The whole experience was outrageously shocking, I've never experienced such rude behavior before.

I think that the bad reviews are a result of the entitlement that some residents of the area have. I have been at the same residence 29 years and have been going since they opened. I would give them 10 stars
