  Maritza at the front desk was amazing! She was super pleasant and helpful. I brought in two light but large items in one giant box that was going to be about $130 to ship. When she saw that I wasn’t expecting it to be that much she suggested two smaller boxes would be cheaper. She even helped me locate the boxes and offered a box cutter to open my box and the post office tape. (since my boxes were priority boxes) she saved me about $80. Thank you Maritza!! ❤️

  I went into the sandy post office.The passport guy was sitting there didn't say hi or nothing.And I think I stood at the counter and waited 45 minutes before anybody even came out.And the passport guy even went in the back to find somebody's packets and didn't even tell anybody that there were customers

  HORRIBLE customer service! Naoemi was extremely rude, complained multiple times to multiple people in a row about being short staffed, having a bad day and it hadn’t stopped since Saturday. They were upset from the beginning that I brought in multiple prepaid and pre labeled boxes I simply needed scanned in and a receipt for. Two different employees told me I needed to bring in the single sheet to scan and when I explained I’ve done that before and had a package lost I was then responsible for so now I scan the packages. She made me step aside 3 times “taking a break” stating she was the only one working today while there was another employee upfront and another that came up from the back. Took 40 minutes of my time to scan 52 packages then also did not scan a package, when I asked if it was scanned she said yes and set it aside but when the receipt was printing I’m now missing a package that didn’t get scanned so now hoping it makes it to next scan! Lastly when the quick how was your experience smiley face survey came up on the screen she quickly tapped the smile on my behalf instead of me being able to answer honestly. Only positive, I made a mistake and shipped in a whisky box which apparently is not acceptable and she did give me tape to cover it so it could ship. Always interesting to me to complain about bringing to many packages to mail at the post office and being upset for doing the job you’ve chosen!!
