If I could give 0 stars that is the route I would have gone with this review. If you hate your job the do something else. I wonder how many horrible reviews this post office will get before they actually start letting people go or at least do some sort of training before allowing them to work there! So rude, so unfriendly, made me rewrite my To: and From: over in the box without telling me in the first place where it belongs. And did it with a scowl! The whole process was so miserable. Keep trying for your overall 1 star you’re going to get it. My oh my! Hello UPS of Fed Ex!

HORRIBLE customer service! Naoemi was extremely rude, complained multiple times to multiple people in a row about being short staffed, having a bad day and it hadn’t stopped since Saturday. They were upset from the beginning that I brought in multiple prepaid and pre labeled boxes I simply needed scanned in and a receipt for. Two different employees told me I needed to bring in the single sheet to scan and when I explained I’ve done that before and had a package lost I was then responsible for so now I scan the packages. She made me step aside 3 times “taking a break” stating she was the only one working today while there was another employee upfront and another that came up from the back. Took 40 minutes of my time to scan 52 packages then also did not scan a package, when I asked if it was scanned she said yes and set it aside but when the receipt was printing I’m now missing a package that didn’t get scanned so now hoping it makes it to next scan! Lastly when the quick how was your experience smiley face survey came up on the screen she quickly tapped the smile on my behalf instead of me being able to answer honestly. Only positive, I made a mistake and shipped in a whisky box which apparently is not acceptable and she did give me tape to cover it so it could ship. Always interesting to me to complain about bringing to many packages to mail at the post office and being upset for doing the job you’ve chosen!!

Here’s a cleanly punctuated and lightly polished version of your text (keeping your original voice and tone intact): I walked in five minutes before closing just to drop a package off, and they had the line roped off. I looked around for a second because I was kind of flabbergasted, and the lady immediately gave me attitude. “Is that a drop-off?” “Why yes, ma’am, it is.” “Just put it here on the counter. We are getting ready to close.” “Umm, okay…” “Well, is that the label?” “No, ma’am, it is not.” “Well, where is it?” “The return instructions say to present the QR code to be scanned.” “Ughhhhh, okay, give it to me.” Like, why the attitude? If you didn’t want to take the package, you could have simply said, “You’ll have to come back tomorrow, sir. We begin closing our store so we can walk out of here at 6 p.m. ON THE DOT.” I would have been like, “Okay, no worries. Thank you.” Instead, you have to be totally miserable when you work at a federally funded, tax-paying building? This kind of behavior needs to be addressed immediately. If it were my business, they would no longer be employed. Come to think about it, I’m a taxpayer in Sandy City… I wonder if I need to bring this matter to someone who will actually reprimand this kind of service. They need to be reminded that they do not work for a private company. Totally disgusting communication skills.
