  I am extremely disappointed with the management and decision-making at this Sandy Post Office location. I recently moved into a brand-new community in Sandy, and we have now gone nearly **two months without normal mail delivery** because management is attempting to force the builder to relocate our community mailboxes to a location that is supposedly more convenient for postal operations. The problem is that their preferred location is along **Little Cottonwood Road—a busy, high-traffic roadway where vehicles regularly travel at significant speeds.** Expecting residents to walk along or near that road simply to retrieve their mail raises serious safety and accessibility concerns! At what point did convenience for the Post Office become more important than convenience—and safety—for the public it serves? What about elderly residents or someone who uses a wheelchair? What about families with children who should be able to safely walk to their neighborhood mailbox to check for a birthday card or Christmas card? Why should accessing something as basic as your mail require navigating a heavily traveled roadway? What has been most frustrating is the attitude we have encountered from the two managers at this location. Rather than approaching the situation with a spirit of service and working toward a reasonable solution for residents, the experience has felt unnecessarily adversarial and focused on asserting authority. The Postal Service exists to serve the public. Decisions about something as fundamental as where residents retrieve their mail should consider **safety, accessibility, and the needs of the community—not simply what is most operationally convenient.** Holding an entire community's mail for nearly two months while this dispute continues is unacceptable. Residents deserve better communication, better judgment, and most importantly, a solution that allows us to safely and reliably receive our mail.

  I wated 30 minutes when it was finnally my turn, the post office workers were unable to print a parcel label because the machine were down. It would take one to two hours to print one. The clercks send me to another post office. The workers were really, really slow.

  always leaves tag like if no one is home someone is here 24hours and the mail man never comes to the door always so lazy and leaves a tag
