  Very disappointing experience with AlphaGraphics. I originally reached out for a sticker quote and later for a sign/banner project for my dance studio business. Craig and Russ both responded initially, asked for details, and promised to get pricing back to me — but after that, communication completely stopped. I followed up multiple times by phone and asked for callbacks several times, but nobody ever got back to me. No quote, no update, no follow-through. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to support a local business and can’t even get basic communication or customer service. Would not recommend based on my experience.
