Lines rarely long, friendly counter service, clean, ample parking, spacious post office box area.

Self service kiosk down, massive line moving astonishing slowly. Over twenty minutes to buy stamps. Absurd.

Avoid the older blond skinny lady at the counter ! Very rude and unprofessional just went into mail a box . When I asked about the rates and the screen showing $16 but the total being over 20, she started arguing with me that she couldn’t go past that screen cause she already went past it and some about the box size. I took my box and left I will never be going back to that post office as long as she’s working there. I just wanted to mail a box and I should be able to ask questions about cost and she should be able to navigate to a screen that she went past on purpose.

Getting my package should not have been as difficult as it was. I was receiving a textbook I needed for a course I am taking. I was tracking the package, and it was marked as delivered to my mailbox. It never got delivered. I had called them, and they needed me to wait 24 hours until I could write a service complaint. When I finally heard back, they said that it was at their facility I needed to come pick it up. When I went to pick it up, the lady I had talked to was very rude and questioned me at every turn, and did not believe that my package would be at this facility. Once I finally convinced her to look, she said she couldn't give it to me, unless she saw an ID. I did not have my ID at the time, and she refused to check my student ID, or other identifying information. I was unaware I needed my ID to pick up mail that was supposed to be left on my doorstep. Never have I needed an ID to get my own mail. Now I would have been more understanding, if I saw a happy face when I walked in the door, but from the second I ordered that package, I only received shitty service.

The woman who helped me today was toxic, did not smile, made a point to single out an older man in line for entering the wrong door, and did not give me the media rate even though my folder inside should have qualified...she was very rude and filled the room with negative energy. i left feeling sad/mad/frustrated. I hope she has a better day tomorrow and that she realizes how her actions and words matter.
