- BSBarry SnyderJul 23, 20265.0this is the main letter sorting facility in the Salt Lake area. If I have to get something out of town quick I always place it in the inside box or take it to the window Clerk if they are open. The window clerks are always so friendly and refreshing at this location.

I tried too call because my package was already in the salt lake distribution center then for some odd reason got sent out too Reno NV . very concerning especially now I’m receiving it later then the promised date .
- WAWilliam ArmstrongJul 6, 20265.0We had a very unique and unusual circumstance for our passport appointment involving a medical transport for a newborn baby. The staff here was super helpful accommodating the situation and doing the processing quickly and efficiently for our baby while keeping her safe. Plus they reached out to us personally to make the arrangements and even went the extra mile trying to talk to the department of state personally in D.C. to make even more accomodations for our situation. Although we don't live around here it really made me feel like I'm part of a community coming together to help our family stay together in our time of need.

Passport office sent completed on June 4th. I am the only one who has not received my passport- reason says address "no access". Total BS cause we have no fence, highly visible mailbox and no dog. Also, again, the other 2 passports have been delivered fine and we've never had any missing mail. I've gone to the post office in person and the clerk basically said I don't understand why not delivered nor know where it is and give it about 2 weeks. It's been over 3 weeks already and we're supposed to travel in about 5 weeks. Please someone at the post office find it! And deliver it or tell me where it is. I've submitted a claim, hope to receive it ASAP
- CCCamJun 20, 20261.0Do you employ a bunch of strands? Everyone of my packages, once they hit your distribution center get sent all over the country, everywhere but tge location they should be. All of my packages sent through USPS are constantly delayed from your point of origin.
