- WAWilliam Armstrong5 days ago5.0We had a very unique and unusual circumstance for our passport appointment involving a medical transport for a newborn baby. The staff here was super helpful accommodating the situation and doing the processing quickly and efficiently for our baby while keeping her safe. Plus they reached out to us personally to make the arrangements and even went the extra mile trying to talk to the department of state personally in D.C. to make even more accomodations for our situation. Although we don't live around here it really made me feel like I'm part of a community coming together to help our family stay together in our time of need.
- ARAnita RamirezJun 29, 20262.0I'm hoping sharing my experience here will get something done and quick! My family and I got our passports done here and submitted May 22nd. Passport office sent completed on June 4th. I am the only one who has not received my passport- reason says address "no access". Total BS cause we have no fence, highly visible mailbox and no dog. Also, again, the other 2 passports have been delivered fine and we've never had any missing mail. I've gone to the post office in person and the clerk basically said I don't understand why not delivered nor know where it is and give it about 2 weeks. It's been over 3 weeks already and we're supposed to travel in about 5 weeks. Please someone at the post office find it! And deliver it or tell me where it is. I've submitted a claim, hope to receive it ASAP
- CCCamJun 20, 20261.0Do you employ a bunch of strands? Everyone of my packages, once they hit your distribution center get sent all over the country, everywhere but tge location they should be. All of my packages sent through USPS are constantly delayed from your point of origin.
- SHSue HJun 13, 20265.0Derick helped me with my passport. He was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help me. He honestly treated me like a human instead just another customer. I was having a bad day and he totally turned in around. I didn’t know much about passport renewal but he helped me all the way through. We talked about Korea and had a great conversation. I will definitely come back to this post office because of how welcoming they were. He was so polite and positive. It’s nice to be treated so well.
