I went in unaware that they were closing, and when I found out, I didn't expect to make any progress with my application that day. However, Darren spared a few minutes to file and print my application for me so that it could be mailed out with no additional fees. I didn't even ask him to, he volunteered. I think this really demonstrates the standard of service these workers hold themselves to.
