- THTakeria HiattJun 15, 20261.0The woman with the dirty blonde hair in a slick back bun needs an attitude check and training on how to handle customers with frustrations. long story short my mother was dropping off a depop package. my mother politely asked for tape the woman at the desk said “i’ll help you with tape this time, however never time we’ll have to charge.” with a snarky attitude. my mother got an attitude back with her matching the woman’s energy. my mother questioned the policy about charging for tape and stated that she thought the policy was stupid. my mother has every right to express not liking a policy. when my mother left the store the woman began talking about my mother and making fun of her with another customer. this woman needs to know to treat people with respect no matter what the issue is. not everyone is going to know the stores policy. talking with another customer is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. i have further escalated this situation to corporate.
