- CBChelsea BergerJun 11, 20261.0I'm sorry but this is the worst post office. The staff, with the exception of one lady, is unknowledgeable about PO Boxes and USPS policies. This lack of knowledge happened on multiple occasions - from not knowing how to issue keys to a PO Box reserved online to not knowing what the happens after a PO Box is closed. And they don't answer the phone. I tried to call yesterday, and no one answered, which led to a whole number of issues today with this location returning PO Box mail that was to be picked up today. Unless you are looking to purely send a letter with a stamp, this is not the location to utilize.
