  I don't usually leave reviews on places, but I had to for these guys! I went in recently having never delivered a package before and was confused about the steps. When I told the employees this, they really went the extra mile to help me and make it easy to understand. (It's way more simple than I thought haha!) All the employees were incredibly kind, patient and informative. I will definitely be coming back to this location!! 💛

  Don't know why this office can't get hold mail requests right. When I hold mail on-line some mail still get's delivered. The office manager told me it's better to come in and fill out their form. I did that and they still don't hold mail properly. I recently asked to have my mail delivered to my home after the hold date IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME A DAY EARLIER THAN REQUESTED. The point of holding mail is to secure my mail and not make it obvious I'm away. The Millcreek post office has failed me again and again.

  I've been going to this post office for years. The staff have almost always been extremely friendly, often going above and beyond to help me achieve whatever I need to for the lowest price possible, including helping me to repackage boxed items more than once. They've also taken an item I've packaged and thrown another piece or few of packaging tape on it to make sure it's adequately secured. I'm always impressed with their seemingly infinite patience of people. Note that this doesn't always apply during the holiday rush. They're still friendly but don't have time to discuss every package in depth when there's a constant line of 5-10 people. The building also has a small selection of envelopes, boxes, and tape, which is convenient. I've seen specific sizes sell out sometimes around the holidays so I wouldn't plan on them if it's urgent, but there's usually a decent assortment. Parking is limited but there's free street parking beside it, and usually the rotation is solid enough that you can find a spot as someone else is pulling out. Again, only a holiday issue. There's also a drive-thru drop off for letters and a drop off for packages just inside the doors (outside the main area, so different hours). My favorite post office by far!

  I never thought I'd write a review for a post office but the staff here are amazing. Once a guy gave me a much cheaper option and then helped cut a box to help with the weight cost completely unasked for, and they're all like that. I'd definitely drive out of my way to go here.

  The station is AWESOME! I accidentally transposed numbers while mailing a priority mail package to my daughter in SLC. I called the station and they called the driver and get the package to her, no problem! Thank you!!
