  I come in often and Chrissy and Casey are always awesome and make sure my packages are taken care of. They are always very friendly. This location is the closest to my house and I’m thankful to get amazing customer service or I would go to a different location.

  Dropped off a pre-labeled package. An employee standing behind the counter greeted me. I handed over the package and they handed me a receipt. In and out in 45 seconds.

  Trying to have necklace shipped to me. Contained small portion of my son’s ashes who passed away. Was told absolutely they couldn’t ship and we needed a form to have shipped. I found out later was incorrect. I just couldn’t ship through UPS store. Which was fine but they had no knowledge. Just said no. If you can’t do something for a customer at least tell them why

  I went to this store in Murray on Saturday to send an important documents I told this kid to send this document As certified mail and return receipt He said if I do a certified mail I can’t do a return receipt so I told him so how I can know if they receive it? He said you can’t know I told him I need a tracking number and he said No there is no tracking number I told him again so I need a return receipt then I can’t do that and if you don’t want to do it don’t send it I just came today about 6:30 pm To talk to someone because I need to know how I know if they receive it I talked with Ronin and told him why they told me that, if I asked And I was right I can send it as certified mail with a return receipt And he said o it was a miscommunication Of course it wasn’t he is just not The other kid wasnt trained And he also is a rude kid and make me feel like if I don’t know what I’m saying , this document it’s so important! I told Ronin that I want to talk to the manager and he said “I’m the manager” I lost my time and money with something important and I have to do it again

  I have been using this UPS Store (869 E 4500 S) for years for returns, shipping, and mailing services, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. On 2/18/2026, I paid $106.82 for overnight mail service. However, the delivery took 3 days instead of overnight. I requested a refund, and the store manager, Lexy Clark, has been handling this issue since February. It has now been over two months, and I have visited the store more than six times with no resolution. As of 4/10/2026, I followed up again in person with Lexy Clark, but the issue is still unresolved. During my last visit, the interaction with the manager, Lexy Clark, was not professional. Instead of helping resolve the situation, I was told there was nothing that could be done and was directed to “go complain.” As a manager, this is not the level of customer service expected when handling customer concerns. I hope the management team reviews this situation involving Lexy Clark and improves how customer issues are handled and resolved in the future.
