  I walked into the UPS store in my normal haphazard way and not prepared m with my return. I ended up having the most awesome customer service. Christie and Lexy were so patient with me. I appreciated that so much. We are all dealing with stuff and I really wanted.them.to.know that their simple kindess really made my day! 😊😊😊

  Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had at a UPS store. 1. The staff working there on June 29th in the afternoon were the rudest UPS staff I have ever encountered. 1. I asked to buy a roll of tape, they were out of tape for purchase. Fine, no problem. She offered to help me tape my boxes initially (super nice, thank you) but when I wanted it done a specific way (I am shipping art), she tossed the tape dispenser at me, threw her hands up in the air, and walked away. 2. She then charged me a “miscellaneous taxable fee” of $5. When I asked what it was, she said it was because I used the scale…. To double check the weight of my packages. I ship with UPS on a weekly basis as I am a local business. This is not my usual location. She refused to remove the charge and said it was a UPS policy. So far, in my search online I have yet to find said policy. 3. Both staff continued to complain under their breath about every single customer, or sigh loudly anytime someone asked a question. “Or you could just pack it better” or “that’s not my problem” or “what makes you think I care”. It was ongoing for the 6 other customers that came in while I was there. 4. At the end of the interaction, I mentioned that these boxes were art with glass, and needed to stay upright please. She didn’t reply, sighed again, and just said “I can’t do anything about that”. I am convinced that if my art arrives broken, it will be her doing, as the packages didn’t leave the store for 2 days….. Hopefully the art arrives intact, but I am seriously doubting it due to my interaction with her. I will never use this location again. I understand everyone has bad days, but this was a level above. Do better.

  Only leaving this review after 5 or 6 negative experiences. This last one tipped me over. I have my phone, my email, my tracking number and they still want ID to pick up my package. The employees are not only incompetent and clueless but extremely rude.

  Horrible experience here. Lady with the flower tattoo on her arm at the front desk doesn’t greet you or acknowledge your presence when you walk in. Extremely rude. Snapped at me when I asked to leave personal items in the box and said “NO, we cannot”. Then proceeded to call out my return items to the entire store. Reported her and of course UPS and the owner do absolutely nothing. I will be reviewing this place anywhere I can possibly find. Go literally anywhere else. Despicable behavior by her and the owners.
