It arrived in that window of time, was set up quickly and the team was friendly. They took all of the trash with them. Nothing for me to clean up or worry about.

I was given 2 different delivery windows, and the latest one (2 pm to 6 pm) was delayed 3 times. A day wasted waiting. I felt bad for the 2 men after working past 7 pm with moving heavy appliances. They were good. Customer Service needs improvement

A second install and haul away appointment was scheduled and then delayed due to a broken truck. They also always promised a 30 minute call ahead of time which never took place on either day. Customer service rep was doing her best and was communicating well. It's the endpoint management and service that dropped the ball. Absolutely avoid doing business if possible.
