Un error operativo por parte de ustedes —específicamente, una etiqueta de envío ilegible— provocó un cambio en la fecha de entrega. Inicialmente, la fecha se actualizó al 8 de mayo y, posteriormente, se pospuso hasta el 13 de mayo. Mañana viajaré al extranjero sin mi pedido. Constituye una falla en el servicio al cliente el hecho de que no hayan agilizado el envío para cumplir con la fecha de entrega prometida, dejándome así en un estado de estrés extremo justo antes de un viaje internacional. Imposible perder tiempo buscando el paquete personalmente (mi hija lo recibirá), pero sí deseo registrar formalmente mi queja como consumidor respecto a un Incumplimiento de Contrato: Al aceptar el paquete el miércoles 6 de mayo, FedEx estableció un compromiso de entrega (para el 9 de mayo) que posteriormente no logró cumplir debido a una falla operativa interna. Negligencia en la subsanación: Aunque detectaron el error de etiquetado el jueves 7 de mayo, no utilizaron un servicio "Express" para compensar el retraso resultante, lo cual constituye una clara deficiencia en la atención al cliente. Perjuicio al consumidor: El hecho de que regresaré a mi país de origen sin mi compra —únicamente debido a una falla técnica por parte de ustedes— exige, o bien una compensación económica, o la entrega del paquete en la puerta de mi domicilio hoy, lunes 11 de mayo.
