- DODaly OrtizApr 6, 20261.0Ojalá se pudiera poner 00000 los empleados son groseros con las personas fui porque envié una caja hace aproximadamente un mes por la cual me cobraron 230 y resulta que esa caja me la devolvieron otra vez según que porque no tenía el código postal lo cual es mentira ya que el stickers de la caja efectivamente tiene el código postal vine a esta dirección para que me devolvieran los 230 y no me lo quisieron devolver y quise enviar la misma caja otra vez desde esta misma dirección y resulta que por la misma caja que envié ahora mentira estaban cobrando 630 que alguien me explique como una caja por la cual pagué 230 ahora me están cobrando para enviarla 630? Qué horror!!

I went there to take passport photos and she took one picture, didn't show me and just printed 2 copies when I clearly requested for 6 copies. Before starting my request, I did ask if she is available and was polite the entire time. Then she didn’t explain to me that getting a digital copy will be more expensive. She literally just wanted to get rid of me. It was an older lady with glasses and curly hair. I wish I felt like a valued customer at this location. I also wish I went to the other location I usually go to. Of course, if you think you don't care, that's fine. I did get a vibe like that from her. It wasn't even super crowded as it was in the middle of the day on a weekday.
