  I would love to leave a good review because the space is truly conducive to WFH & I was looking forward to utilizing the space over the past few weeks - however, I am unable to. Unfortunately, we had a power outage weeks ago, and ever since there is no locking mechanism & absolutely no security. As a victim of violent crime I carry unimaginable trauma. As a woman, working in a space late into the evening I need to feel secure. Here’s an example: last night I arrived home at 11pm and was able to drive my car from the darkened street into my unsecured garage because the gate is wide open. I then could walk to the stairwell and enter the bldg without having to use my fob, and step directly into the Apt Co-Work space. While I was there I could hear noises coming from around the corner inside the suite, and this so triggered my PTSD I had to leave the area. I don’t know if this is a Apt Co-work issue or a SugarMont issue - but it is certainly a legal liability as this space is presented to us as a secure place to work with appropriate security access measures in place. So disappointed.

  Been working here for over two months. Very clean, neat atmosphere. Excellent for getting work done. Great coffee too!

  Great spot to work. Fun people. Can't beat the price. There are a few things that could be better. The area, especially the conference rooms, are ICE cold. The standing desks top out at the height someone who is 5 foot 6 would need. Most people stack their computers on 5 - 10 books to compensate.

  The co-working space is great except for the fact the conversations from the leasing folks carry up directly to the co-working space which can be very distracting. It would be much better if the leasing folks had their own enclosed office.

  This space is great for reading, working, meetings, and even has some features that are great for a break from work! Always enjoy my time in here
