I have worked with alphagraphics in the past with a different employer in American Fork UT 6 years ago. I wanted to leave a review because I am amazed with the service provided by the team at the SLC downtown location. They were clear and quick without sacrificing quality. I appreciate the care Zoe put in to make sure we were taken care of, if you want top of line customer service and quality assurance, work with this location and team. Ask for Zoe, I know they are all wonderful but she went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, not to mention she ensured 5 sets of business cards were ready within 24 hours or 1 business day from the date I placed the orders. Zoe cares about the customers needs, she will keep me coming back for my own freelance companies print orders in addition to my employers. Zoe has made me a lifetime customer.
- BWBrandon WoodwardJul 7, 20212.0The front desk is usually empty so you have to wait. They can’t read flash drives/hard drives for Mac, which is really frustrating. There have been a few times where I received an email saying my job was done, but when I arrived they hadn’t actually printed it yet. When I go to pick something up they have to wander around the shop looking for it—very unorganized. Paper is low quality, workers don’t seem that knowledgeable, wait times are high, and prices are excessive. The only reason I ever go here is because it’s close to my house. Note: I’m a graphic design student and only go here for small (1-5 unit) runs. Might be different for businesses.
