  I’ve worked with Alphagraphics on many occasions, and for the most part, the staff have been phenomenal to work with. Unfortunately, my last two experiences have been noticeably different. A few weeks ago, I called to inquire about a project and spoke with a gentleman at the Salt Lake downtown location. I had a few basic questions I was hoping to have answered, but rather than assisting me over the phone before I request the online quote, he was super rude and not helpful Today, I sent a member of my team to the location with a physical sample in hand to ask about available paper options. He experienced a very similar interaction, possibly with the same individual. Rather than taking a few minutes to discuss the paper options that he had in hand, he was also told to send his questions via a quote. This gentleman was not helpful at all. I completely understand that some projects require additional information or follow-up by email. However, when a customer calls or visits in person with basic questions, I would expect a reasonable level of engagement and willingness to help. Having two separate experiences like this has been disappointing, particularly because my previous interactions with other staff at this location have been so positive.

  Exceptional customer service, turnaround times, staff, attention to detail, communication, and quality. I have worked with alphagraphics in the past with a different employer in American Fork UT 6 years ago. I wanted to leave a review because I am amazed with the service provided by the team at the SLC downtown location. They were clear and quick without sacrificing quality. I appreciate the care Zoe put in to make sure we were taken care of, if you want top of line customer service and quality assurance, work with this location and team. Ask for Zoe, I know they are all wonderful but she went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, not to mention she ensured 5 sets of business cards were ready within 24 hours or 1 business day from the date I placed the orders. Zoe cares about the customers needs, she will keep me coming back for my own freelance companies print orders in addition to my employers. Zoe has made me a lifetime customer.
